We believe in fostering an environment that promotes innovation and we believe that everyone's ideas are important. As dynamic changes take place in the construction industry our belief in continual education is crucial to our success. The current changes in advancements of materials, energy conservation, and USGBC's LEED Programs are just some of our educational focuses. RP Witt also creates opportunities for continual education through project management lessons learned, internal processes reviews, new means and methods classes, and being active on USGBC Committees.
