Heading the company, R. Paul Witt grew up in the construction industry and knew that he wanted to be a builder at an early age. Paul moved back to Florida from California in 2007 to raise his family and start this now thriving firm.

With his years of handling multimillion dollar projects in one of the hardest states to get a project through permitting, he brings vital experience and environmentally friendly standards to our growing company.

Paul believes in the value of green construction. To that end, he worked with Operation New Hope to deliver the first ‘LEED for Affordable Homes’ project to North Florida in 2007. He attended the University of Florida’s prestigious ME Rinker School of Building and Construction. Paul has the vision and the drive to propel this company to the top. As the visionary, he sets the goals and more importantly, provides the means and the tools to meet those goals. Paul has managed over $550 million in construction projects.
